At AylumaStudio we believe that yoga is more than just the poses though..

It is a holistic practice, bringing together mind, body and spirit. Moving with intention.

The yoga flows are playfull and explorative, while guided by yoga philosophy. Offering you more than just a nurished body, but also leaving you with prompts to take with you after class and into your daily life. So you can live a more connected and intentional life.

Vinyasa Yoga
A more active/dynamic form of yoga. Focussing on strengthing and stretching the body. Moving in sequences.

Yin Yoga
A more relaxed/restorative form of yoga. Focussing on stretching the muscles and fascia. Holding the poses for 3-5 minutes before moving on to the next pose.
